What happens after I schedule a call?

The initial call is a focused conversation, about 30 minutes, to understand your situation, what you need, and whether FinioPro is the right fit. We will cover your compliance environment, your timeline, any existing brand assets, and which package makes sense for you. If we are a fit, you will receive a proposal and the intake brief shortly after. No pressure and no obligation from the call itself.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Nothing. Come as you are. We ask the questions, you answer them. The call is structured so that by the end of it, we have everything we need to scope the project and send you a proposal. There are no homework assignments.

I need a website fast. How quickly can you actually start?

We can typically schedule an initial call within a few business days and begin the build within a week of receiving your completed intake brief. The 30-day delivery guarantee runs from the date we receive the completed brief, not from the initial call.

What if I don't have a logo, brand, or any existing assets?

Not a problem. Our Professional and Premium packages include a full brand identity (logo, color system, typography) built alongside the website. Foundation clients can add brand identity as a project add-on.

How does the intake brief work? How long does it take?

After the initial consultation, we send a structured intake brief, an HTML document you complete on your own time. Most advisors finish it in 30 to 45 minutes. It asks focused questions about who you are, who you serve, your brand preferences, your practice positioning, and your compliance context.

You fill it out once. We take it from there.

If I'm just filling out a form, how will the website actually be personalized?

The brief is not a checkbox form. It is a structured intake that surfaces the things that make your practice specific: your story, your ideal client, the outcomes you deliver, your brand personality, and your visual preferences. Our team applies professional judgment built for your specific situation.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

There is no hard limit. We are accountable for delivering something you are proud to send a prospect to. We build from your specific brief, so the review stage is refinement, not reconstruction.

What does the 30-day delivery guarantee actually mean?

Your site goes from intake brief to live in 30 days or less, guaranteed on our end. The clock starts when we receive your completed intake brief. BD-affiliated advisors who require broker-dealer approval before launch face an additional BD review timeline (typically 2 to 6 weeks) which is outside our control and disclosed up front.

What does the compliance review actually cover?

Every page is reviewed against:

  • SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1) for performance, endorsements, testimonials
  • FINRA testimonial and endorsement rules with proper disclosure formatting
  • ADV Part 2 disclosure placement and CRD number requirements
  • Form CRS display and hyperlink requirements
  • Reg S-P data handling obligations on contact forms
  • Third-party rating and award disclaimers
My broker-dealer has to approve my website before it goes live. How does that work?

We build the submission package specifically to minimize back-and-forth with your compliance team. By the time the site is submitted, it has already been reviewed against the regulatory standards your compliance officer will be checking. BD internal review timelines (typically 2 to 6 weeks) are outside our control and set as a clear expectation upfront.

What is AIO and why does it matter for my website?

AIO stands for AI Optimization, structuring your website so that AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity can read, understand, and recommend you when a prospect asks for financial advisors. Traditional SEO optimizes for Google. AIO optimizes for AI engines through clear, trustworthy, well-structured content.

Do you provide legal or compliance advice?

No. FinioPro reviews websites against publicly available regulatory guidelines and builds compliance-aware design and copy. We are not a law firm, a registered investment advisor, or a compliance consultant. Advisors are responsible for obtaining approval from their broker-dealer or compliance consultant before launch.

What you own and how the site is built.

Do I truly own the site, domain, code, everything?

Yes, completely. The domain is registered in your name. The code is yours. The content is yours. There is no platform lock-in, no proprietary system you are tied to, and no leverage we hold over you.

What happens to my site if I cancel the Website Care Plan?

The site remains yours, entirely. You lose managed hosting, compliance monitoring, the annual audit, guaranteed response time, and our availability for updates, but the site itself is fully portable. There is no exit penalty.

Can I add pages or sections to my site later?

Yes. Additional pages, landing pages, and new sections can be added as project add-ons at any time. Care Plan clients typically have these handled as part of their ongoing relationship.

$Pricing

What you pay, when, and what's included.

Is it truly a one-time fee? Are there any ongoing costs?

The build fee is one-time. The Website Care Plan ($289/month) is optional and month-to-month. If you cancel the Care Plan, you own the site outright and can host it independently.

What's included in the Care Plan credit on Professional and Premium?

Professional includes a $500 Care Plan credit. Premium includes a $1,000 credit. Both are applied directly against the first months of the Website Care Plan at $289/month.

Are there any add-on costs I should expect mid-project?

No. FinioPro quotes a flat fee scoped to exactly what you need. If you decide to add something that was not in the original scope, we scope and price it separately before starting. Nothing is added without your explicit agreement on the cost first.

What does the ongoing relationship actually look like after launch?

Care Plan clients have the same team that built their site available whenever they need something. Response time is guaranteed under 24 hours. Same team, not a ticket queue.

What if I update my Form ADV or change my services?

Send us the update and we implement it. Form ADV revisions, updated service offerings, new team members, changed fee structures. Care Plan clients send us the details and we handle the update. No extra invoice, no separate project scope.
